This Risk Disclosure applies to anyone who uses software, tools, or training provided by Logix Edge LLC in connection with trading financial instruments. Please read it carefully.

1. Trading involves substantial risk

Trading futures, options, foreign exchange, and contracts for difference (CFDs) involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Because these products are leveraged, you can lose money quickly, and in some cases you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

2. Risks of automated trading

Automated tools can fail or behave unexpectedly because of programming errors, incorrect settings, platform or broker failures, data errors, internet or power outages, latency, and slippage. Automated software must be tested in a demo environment and monitored at all times. You are solely responsible for every order placed by software running in your account.

3. Hypothetical and simulated results

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

4. Past performance

Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not indicative of future results.

5. Funded-account and evaluation programs

Funded-account or evaluation programs offered by third parties have their own rules, fees, and restrictions, which may include limits on automated software. Logix Edge is not affiliated with these programs and cannot guarantee that any account will pass an evaluation or stay active.

6. CFDs and U.S. residents

CFDs are not available to residents of the United States. Rules for leveraged products vary by country, and you are responsible for following the rules where you live.

7. No advice
